IT'S A....

Uncooperative baby!!!! The Ultra sound tech said that she thought it was a girl. SO we have NO IDEA!!! But seeing the baby is always worth it.. We will find out in a little under a month what the baby is if he/she wants us too. But here are some pics of the ultrasound!! :)

Relaxing day!

So no more bleeding. SUCH a relief. I have never been more scared in my entire life. I am feeling good these days. Maybe because Im not working as much. I registered for school yesterday. School will be out in the beginning of May. Nothing new really baby related, perhaps no news is good news. Saturday is the day we confirm that Baby Brayden is a boy, super excited :)

week 15.5ish

How far along? 15 weeks 5 daya

Total weight gain/loss: I went to the dr. I dont think I have gained anything yet. I might have lost some weight. My stomach is BIGGER for sure.. hmmmmm
How Big is Baby?: About the size of a large Avocado

Maternity clothes? Not everyday Im still fitting in most of my regular pants.

Stretch marks? Nope and my old ones are fading. :)

Sleep: Not sleeping as good..

Movement: Little butterfly flutters

Food cravings: fish

Food aversions: Elk meat. Used to like it. I think it smells gross

Symptoms: Nothing new.

What I am looking forward to: Confirming the sex

Scary tuesday.. and its a......

I was working on tuesday, I sneezed and almost peed my pants. So I went to the bathroom and there was the scariest thing I have ever seen. My underware and pants were full of blood. I left work called the doc. She got me in right away. Brendan was in a class so he wasn't able to come.

The Dr said that I could have a tare in my placenta. They got me in for an ultrasound right away. This was the single most amazing thing in my life so far. I seen the baby kicking and moving all around.. and the verdict is..

ITS A.....

BOY

Well for now.. This was a guess from my doc not the ultrasound tech.. I think the ultrasound tech was new and didnt want to tell me the wrong thing. But as soon as Dr Steinburg seen this she was like "OH looks like your having a boy." we are going to an elective ultrasound on saturday the 9th because I think its important for Brendan to see.

Anyways back to the health issues..... I do have a tare in my placenta, but it is small enough not to worry about things. Im still bleeding a little, not too bad. I am just going to take it easy and relax. Im thinking about stopping work on monday. Im just too stressed with everything. Hopefully this is the right decision.

On a non baby related subject. New years eve was amazing. My life is just where I want it. Brendan and I went to a fantastic dinner, and called it an early night. I took a nap before Brendan woke me up to give me and little baby Braeden our first kiss for the new year. Our life is perfect. I love my boys.. (well we aren't 100% he is a boy, but whatever the result is. I LOVE my baby)

Its been awhile... Week 14.5

I haven't been up for writing lately. Work has been crazy!!! But I thought I should update.. Tomorrow is our 3rd appointment. Im anxious and nervous. This will be the first appointment in the second tri. I just want to hear everything is okay. I think once we hear his/her little heart beat again alot of my fears will go away. Also, I set up the BIG ultrasound. We find out if its a lil Bren or a lil Ash on JANUARY 9th!! Thats only 2 weeks.. I am so excited....

Non-pregnancy related news, I got into Adams State :). I decided I will not work and just go to school full time. I am planning on saving student loan money to pay the bills I have. Eek the thought of only one income coming in is scary but I really don't think I can work and go to school and be pregnant. My life would just seem too much. So hopefully this is the right decision. We will see.

So I will update tomorrow (maybe, no promises) with good news hopefully. I need to start posting more pictures...

Total weight gain/loss: My pants are getting tighter. my tummy is getting harder..
How Big is Baby?: A PLUM!! 2.1 inches and .49 ounces

Maternity clothes? Not all the time. I have a couple pair of maternity pants that I wear when I am super bloated.

Stretch marks? None that are new

Sleep: I hope I am one of those pregnant woman who always sleep good, because man I love sleeping!!!

Movement: Nope! SOON I HOPE

Food cravings: Jalapenos

Food aversions: I dont know?? the smell of eggs cooking is kinda grossing me out EW

Symptoms: Threw up a couple times two days ago, but it might have just been from what I was eating.. Damn Chili cheese dog.
